Shipping Policy
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 Business Days. Since our products are handcrafted by Jaipur artisans using handblock printing, certain items may require additional preparation time to maintain quality and detailing.
For orders comprising multiple products, we will make every effort to ship all items together. However, this may not always be feasible due to product characteristics or logistical constraints. All products purchased in a single transaction will be delivered to the shipping address provided by the user. If you wish to ship products to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each destination. In cases where a partial payment has been made but the order is not accepted upon delivery, the partial payment will be applied towards the courier charges.
Shipping Timelines
Domestic (India): 4–7 business days after dispatch
International Orders: 7–14 business days (depending on location)
Please note that delivery timelines may vary during peak seasons, custom orders, or unforeseen logistical delays.
Shipping Charges
- Free shipping may be available on select orders or promotional offers
- Standard shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on location and order size
- International shipping charges vary based on destination and weight
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/email. This allows you to monitor your shipment in real-time until it reaches your doorstep.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery on eligible orders within India. Availability may vary based on pin code and order value.
Packaging
All Arth-wali products are carefully packed to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. We use secure and quality packaging suitable for delicate handblock-printed items.
Delays & Exceptions
We take every possible measure to ensure that products ordered through our website are delivered within ten (10) working days from the date of order placement, subject to successful payment confirmation and product availability. While we aim to adhere to this timeline, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control like Monsoons & Festival rush. In such cases, we assure you that all necessary steps will be taken to facilitate the delivery within the stated time frame. Please note that in case of Limited Stock, Prepaid orders will be prioritized over Cash on Delivery orders.
While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:
- High order volumes
- Weather or logistical disruptions
- Remote location deliveries

International Shipping Duties
For international orders, any customs duties, taxes, or import charges are the responsibility of the customer, as per the regulations of the destination country.

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate at the time of placing the order. Arth-wali will not be responsible for delays or losses caused due to incorrect information.
